Trogir is located on a small islet between the mainland of Croatia and the island of Ciovo.
It was originally a Greek colony, but the main core of the town was developed between the13th and the15th centuries, surrounded by city walls.
The historical center of Trogir is a unique monument of culture and is included in UNESCO's World Heritage List.
You will walk through its narrow streets and admire the main attraction of Trogir, the St. Lawrence Cathedral.
Take time to enjoy the beauty of the Romanesque portal created by the local artist Radovan.
After your free time we continue to Split. The splendid Dalmatian city of Split, built upon a 1,700-year-old Roman palace, is a living, breathing museum. Today it is the second largest city in Croatia.
Diocletian's Palace is located in the heart of Split and is a UNESCO world heritage site. While touring the palace you will see the Peristil, Jupiter Temple and the Cathedral of St. Dominus and its stunning bell tower.
Conclude your tour with a visit to the local market in the well preserved basement halls of the palace.
After your time for sightseeing and shopping we suggest you to try some traditional Mediterrannean cuisine in one of many famous restaurants in Split.
After free time you will return to Dubrovnik.
